Utilization-based rotation
ClickReach doesn't just cycle through mailboxes in order. For every send, it picks the mailbox with the lowest current utilization — keeping every inbox at a healthy, natural volume.

Plain round-robin sends email #1 to mailbox A, #2 to B, #3 to C regardless of how much each has already sent that day. Utilization-based rotation sees that A is already at 80% capacity and routes to B instead — protecting A's deliverability score from a sudden spike.

Three layers of sending limits
Every mailbox has daily, hourly, and per-recipient-domain limits — all enforced at send time. No way to accidentally blast 500 emails from one mailbox in an hour and tank your reputation.
